Kashmir offers more than any one House should carry. Our role is to choose.
We source individual pashmina and silk pieces directly in Kashmir and present our selection in Qatar. We consider fibre and feel, weight and drape, colour, workmanship and finish. Then we ask the harder question: does this Piece belong?
A well-made Piece can still be one we leave behind. The Collection is the result of that judgement.
FROM A WORLD OF POSSIBILITY

Every season, we look, compare and consider more than the Collection can hold. Only a few remain.
What catches the House’s eye.
Three ways of looking. A few details from Pieces we have chosen.
A border with room to breathe.
The quiet ground is part of the design. We notice how ornament meets open cloth, how colour holds its own, and whether the whole feels resolved. More decoration is not always more distinction.
Colour that holds its own.
A strong colour asks for judgement. We look at the relationship between the ground and the handwork, the way light moves across them, and the impression the Piece leaves beyond its first glance.
Complexity, held in balance.
Dense work can be compelling when its rhythm remains clear. We follow the pattern across the Piece, looking for a character that survives close attention. Technical accomplishment matters; so does knowing when it becomes something more.
Selection is a judgement of the whole Piece. No single detail makes the decision.

There is no identical quantity waiting in storage. When a Piece is acquired, that exact Piece leaves the available Collection. We do not restock it.
This is how we select, not a reason to hurry. New Pieces enter individually; each brings something different.
